1. Delivery Areas

Royal Gifts proudly delivers across Johannesburg North, including:

  • Sandton

  • Fourways

  • Bryanston

  • Randburg

  • Midrand (selected areas)

  • Rosebank

  • Hyde Park

  • Parkhurst / Parktown North

2. Same‑Day Delivery

We offer same‑day delivery for all orders placed before 12:00 PM.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day or on your selected delivery date.

Same‑day applies to:

  • Fresh flower arrangements

  • Luxury gifts

  • Hampers

  • Corporate orders (if stock is available)


3. Delivery Times

Our delivery windows are:

  • Morning Delivery: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Afternoon Delivery: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but we always aim to deliver within your selected window.


4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary by distance and will be calculated at checkout.

Typical ranges:

  • R60 – R120 for Johannesburg North

  • R150+ for extended areas (Midrand, Bedfordview, etc.)

Corporate bulk deliveries may qualify for discounted rates.


5. Recipient Not Available

If the recipient is unavailable:

  • We will contact you immediately

  • We may leave the order with reception/security (if permitted)

  • A redelivery fee may apply if we must return later

We always handle your order with care to ensure it arrives safely.


6. Delivery for Flowers & Perishables

Fresh flowers require special handling:

  • Delivered in climate‑controlled conditions

  • Hand‑delivered by our trained couriers

  • Never left unattended outdoors

  • If weather conditions are extreme, delivery times may be adjusted for safety


7. Delivery for Corporate Orders

Corporate deliveries include:

  • Bulk gifting

  • Event flowers

  • Branded hampers

  • Office arrangements

We offer scheduled delivery slots and dedicated courier handling for corporate clients.


8. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is delivered, you will receive:

  • A delivery confirmation email

  • A WhatsApp message (if opted in)

We may also send a photo of the delivered item for verification.


9. Special Requests

We accommodate:
